1. What types of custom products do you offer?
We specialize in custom apparel, graduation items, photo boards, banners, party favors, event decor, business branding materials, and personalized gifts. If you can envision it, we can bring it to life!

2. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. Be sure to include details like product type, quantity, theme, and your deadline.

3. How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Larger or more detailed orders (like event setups or bulk items) may require more time.

4. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. A rush fee will apply.

5. Is a deposit required to book an event?
No but a non-refundable retainer fee is required to begin all event processes such as booking your date and beginning the event mockups. Your event is not confirmed until the retainer and contract is received.

6. When is the remaining balance due?
Final payment is due before pickup or 2 weeks prior to event setups, depending on the service.

7. Will I receive a mockup before production?
Yes! Mockups are provided for approval before production. Please note that mockups are for visual reference only and may not be exact to final product.

8. Can I make changes after approving my design?
Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Please review all details carefully before approval.

9. Do you offer shipping or pickup?
We offer both local pickup and shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location.

10. Do you provide event setup and breakdown?
We offer setup for select services. Breakdowns may be included depending on the service booking. 

11. What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once production has started.

12. What if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review and resolve any concerns.

13. Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders and business branding packages. Contact us and provide as much information as possible.  We typically respond to all bulk inquires within 1-2 business days. 

14. Can you match a theme or inspiration photo?
Absolutely! Upload your inspiration pic right before checking out and we’ll create something custom. We don’t copy exactly, but we design something unique with a similar feel.
